Mr. Oliver is a partner at Preserve West Capital, a long-term investment partnership that focuses on acquiring strategic commercial real estate assets. Their portfolio is heavily weighted toward retail properties as Todd spent 27 years as a partner with Terranomics Retail Services that was later acquired by Cushman and Wakefield. As a broker, Mr. Oliver was involved in leasing more than 2 million square feet of ground-up retail development in Northern California. He represented many retailers on a regional basis as they expanded including Costco, BJ’s Restaurant & Brewery, Walgreens, Office Depot, Men’s Warehouse, Bank of America and many more.
A graduate of UC Santa Barbara in 1991, Mr. Oliver holds a B.A. in both Business Economics and Geography. He also played on the golf team at UCSB. His wife, Suzy, is a UCSB graduate, and two of his four children are proud Gauchos.
