Todd Oliver is a real estate investor who dedicated his entire career to the real estate business. He began as a broker who specialized in retail properties and found a way to touch almost every shopping center in Northern California. In nearly 25 years of retail leasing, Todd represented many of the best retailers as they expanded throughout the Bay Area. He also represented developers to lease over 2,500,000 square feet of shopping centers from the ground up, and represented leasing on many existing centers.

Todd started investing in value-add real estate in 2009 and now owns several shopping centers, apartments, and industrial properties on the West Coast.

A graduate of UC Santa Barbara in 1991, Todd holds a B.A. in both Business Economics and Geography. In addition to being an alumnus, Todd’s spouse is a UC Santa Barbara graduate, and two of their children are proud recent Gaucho alums, as well.
