Brett White has served as Executive Chairman of Cushman & Wakefield since 2015. In this role, Brett sits on the firm’s Board of Directors and focuses on strategy and mergers & acquisitions.

Brett currently serves as CEO of Discovery Land Co, focusing on all business and development operations as well as strategize for global expansion, new clubs, and current club oversight.

From 2015 to 2021, Brett served as both CEO and Executive Chairman of Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to joining the firm, Brett had a 28-year career with CBRE, serving as Chief Executive Officer from 2005 to 2012 and President from 2001 to 2005. He was also a member of CBRE’s Board of Directors from 1998 to 2013.

Brett previously served as a trustee of the University of San Francisco. He also previously served on the boards of the following organizations: Edison International & Southern California Edison, Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation (ACRE), Realogy Holdings Corporation, Mossimo, Inc., Allied Universal and Valley Crest Commercial Services.

A graduate of UC Santa Barbara in 1984, Brett holds a B.A. in Biology.
